Mrs. Anna Swan

6th Grade Teacher
Mrs. Anna Swan was born in Peru and came to the United States when she was three years old. After living in Arizona for a short time, she and her parents moved to Las Vegas. They moved to Jamaica for three years, returned to Las Vegas, and have lived here ever since. After graduating from Eldorado High School, Mrs. Swan attended BYU and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree. She spent many years working in training and development, Human Resources, and retail management and today continues to help her husband manage his local advertising agency. Along the way, Mrs. Swan discovered a love of teaching and has had the opportunity to teach children, teens, and adults. She loves learning and looks forward to sharing that joy with the scholars. She is also excited to be able to share her faith in Christ in a school setting. She has been with AHA for four years. Mrs. Swan and her husband have three grown children. They are supporters of several local animal rescue groups and have a rescue dog named Brooke.
