Mrs. Eryn VanBeveren

4th Grade Teacher
Mrs. Eryn Van Beveren was born and raised in the Las Vegas valley. She is a 5th generation Native Nevadan and her love for her country, state, and community runs deep. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Western Governors University. She has worked on and off for CCSD for the past 20 years as a substitute teacher while attending college and raising her children. She has been married for 17 years to her best friend, Seth, and has two amazing kids, Preston and Violett. She loves playing & watching sports- especially soccer (she played at Southern Utah University), traveling with her family, watching her kids play volleyball, going to concerts, and an ice-cold Dr. Pepper. She was attracted to American Heritage Academy because of its classical approach to education and its strong emphasis on patriotism, which she believes provides a rich, values-driven learning environment. She is excited to teach 4th grade and to help scholars develop a love of learning by making their time together both educational and fun!
