Mrs. Kristin Chesnik

High School English Teacher
Mrs. Chesnik earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from UNLV and  her Master of Library and Information Science degree from San Jose State University. Mrs. Chesnik has professional experience in public library work, instructional design, academic research, and scholarly writing.

A native of Las Vegas and a lifetime lover of reading, learning, teaching, and children. Mrs. Chesnik is thrilled to continue teaching at AHA. She teaches our English Literature I course, and loves getting her scholars to read, understand, and write about difficult classical literature from the medieval times. She believes that great readers make great leaders! Mrs. Chesnik has four beautiful children and a wonderful husband of 25 years.
