Mrs. Patsy Zimmerman

4th Grade Teacher
Patsy Zimmerman was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, and a Master of Arts in English with a specialization in Rhetoric. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Homeland Security, Leadership, and Policy. In addition to her academic and professional work, she is actively involved in both her community and church. She serves on the Henderson Community Education Advisory Board, teaches a six-year-old church class every Sunday, and participates on the activities committee for her church—each of these opportunities allows her to connect with others and serve in meaningful ways. Outside of work and church service, she enjoy reading, writing, and spending time outdoors. Patsy and her husband look forward to camping every summer—it's a cherished tradition they share with her four beloved fur babies, who are always eager to join in the adventure. Patsy met her husband at UNLV and was married in August 2016. They have both built a life filled with faith, learning, and love.
